Our ‘superfood’ sourdough is made from a blend of wholemeal, malted & white flours with added pumpkin, sunflower, linseeds & poppy seeds. Healthy eating has never tasted so good! All our sourdoughs have a base of just flour, water, a little salt and a 48 hour long fermentation. 700g
